AN ACT

 

Making appropriations to certain community college districts for operating and capital expenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriations; community college districts; additional operating and capital expenses

In addition to any other monies appropriated to these community college districts in fiscal year 2014‑2015, the following sums are appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the following community college districts for operating and capital expenses:

1.  Cochise county community college district, $5,850,500.

2.  Coconino county community college district, $1,581,300.

3.  Gila county community college district, $529,600.

4.  Graham county community college district, $2,340,700.

5.  Mohave county community college district, $2,250,300.

6.  Navajo county community college district, $1,478,100.

7.  Pinal county community college district, $3,632,700.

8.  Santa Cruz county community college district, $164,200.

9.  Yavapai county community college district, $3,001,300.

10.  Yuma/La Paz county community college district, $4,171,300.
