HOUSE BILL 2259

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

amending Title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 1-319; relating to holidays.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 1, chapter 3, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 1-319, to read:

START_STATUTE1-319.  Victims of communism memorial day

A.  November 7, in each year, shall be observed as the victims of communism memorial day.

B.  victims of communism memorial day is not a legal holiday. END_STATUTE
