HOUSE BILL 2241

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the developmentally disabled client services trust fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; exemption; intent

A.  The sum of $120,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the developmentally disabled client services trust fund established in section 36‑572, Arizona Revised Statutes.

B.  The appropriation made in subsection A of this section is exempt from the provisions of section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes, relating to lapsing of appropriations.

C.  It is the intent of the legislature that the appropriation made in subsection A of this section is made to partially replace monies swept from the funds used to provide services to developmentally disabled clients in fiscal years 2007‑2008 and 2008‑2009.
