AN ACT

 

amending section 28-4591, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to motor vehicle dealers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Section 28-4591, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE28-4591. Violation; classification; posting of violation information on website

A. A person who violates this article or articles 1 through 7 of this chapter is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this chapter.

B. The department shall post on its website both:

1. The name of a motor vehicle dealer that has violated any provision of this title or any other law of this state that is under the department's jurisdiction.

2. The specific laws that the motor vehicle dealer has violated. END_STATUTE
