AN ACT

 

Amending section 36-2244, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to ambulances and ambulance services.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 36-2244, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE36-2244.  Legal action for enforcement

The department may institute and maintain in the name of this state an action to enforce this article or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this article by mandatory injunction or other appropriate remedy. END_STATUTE
