AN ACT

 

ESTABLISHING annual salaries for statewide elected officials and superior court judges; relating to elected state officers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Salaries of certain state officers

Notwithstanding any other law, beginning January 1, 2013, the annual salaries for certain state officers shall be as follows:

1.  Governor:  $160,000.

2.  Secretary of state:  $95,000.

3.  Attorney general:  $99,000.

4.  State treasurer:  $95,000.

5.  Superintendent of public instruction:  $95,000.

6.  State mine inspector:  $50,000.

7.  Corporation commissioner:  $85,000.

8.  Chief Justice, Arizona supreme court:  $160,000.

9.  Justice, Arizona supreme court:  $155,000.

10.  Judge, Arizona court of appeals:  $150,000.

11.  Judge, Arizona superior court:  $145,000.
