AN ACT
amending Title 26, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 26-105; relating to emergency and military affairs.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 26, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 26-105, to read:
26-105. Service in honor guard detail; compensation
If a member of a veterans' service organization in this state serves in an honor guard detail for any deceased person who is eligible for military funeral honors under 10 United States Code section 1491 or any other federal law or policy, the adjutant general shall ensure that the member is compensated at a rate of $50 per day, except that a bugler shall be compensated at a rate of $25 per day.
