Page 9, strike lines 23 through 25, insert:

“c. A person who knowingly and intentionally uses fireworks or permissible consumer fireworks to harm or inflict bodily injury on another person in the course of committing violent or disorderly assembly is guilty of aggravated assault.”

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
