FISCAL NOTE

House Bill 223 as passed the House of Representatives exempts Touch of Faith Family Services, Inc. from paying any state, county and municipal sales and use taxes which will decrease receipts to the following funds by the following estimated annual amounts, based on information provided by the entity:

Education Trust Fund ($3,120)
County Funds ($1,560)
Municipal Funds ($3,120)
Total ($7,800)

As amended and reported by the Committee on Finance and Taxation Education, the exemptions provided by this bill would be available until September 30, 2027, unless extended by an act of the Legislature.
