Summary

AN ACT relating to electrical safety; repealing waiver of licensing requirement for installation of low voltage cable services; providing waiver of master or journeyman licensing requirement for installation, repair or maintenance of certain lawn sprinkler control systems by persons who obtain a limited electrical contractor's license; providing for rulemaking to establish certain minimum standards; and providing for an effective date.
