A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to regulation of political party headquarters finances.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §3-8-2c of this code, modified by the Secretary of State to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 29, 2021, relating to the Secretary of State (Regulation of Political Party Headquarters Finances, 153 CSR 43), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Regulation of Political Party Headquarters Finances.
