A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to licensure, practice requirements, disciplinary and complaint procedures, continuing education, and physician assistants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Medicine
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-3E-3 of this code, modified by the Board of Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 2, 2021, relating to the Board of Medicine (Licensure, Practice Requirements, Disciplinary and Complaint Procedures, Continuing Education, Physician Assistants, 11 CSR 01B), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensure, Practice Requirements, Disciplinary and Complaint Procedures, Continuing Education, Physician Assistants.
