A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Massage Therapy Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to general provisions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Massage Therapy Board

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-37-6 of this code, modified by the Massage Therapy Board  to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 1, 2021, relating to the Massage Therapy Board  (General Provisions, 194 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Massage Therapy Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to General Provisions.
