A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, fund 9017, fiscal year 2012, organization 0803, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, in the amount of $15,000,000 from the Department of Revenue, Lottery Commission - Revenue Center Construction Fund, fund 7209, fiscal year 2012, organization 0705.
WHEREAS, The Governor finds that the account balance in the Department of Revenue, Lottery Commission - Revenue Center Construction Fund, fund 7209, fiscal year 2012, organization 0705, will exceed that which is necessary for the purpose for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of the Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, fund 9017, fiscal year 2012, organization 0803, be increased by expiring to that fund $15,000,000 from the Department of Revenue, Lottery Commission - Revenue Center Construction Fund, fund 7209, fiscal year 2012, organization 0705.
The purpose of this bill is to expire $15,000,000 from the Department of Revenue, Lottery Commission - Revenue Center Construction Fund, fund 7209, fiscal year 2012, organization 0705 to the balance of the Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, fund 9017, fiscal year 2012, organization 0803, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.
