A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to schedule of charges for inspection services: fruit.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on December 1, 2017, authorized under the authority of §19-2-5 of this code, modified by the Commissioner of Agriculture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 19, 2017, relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (schedule of charges for inspection services: fruit, 61 CSR 8B), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to schedule of charges for inspection services: fruit.
