A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §5A-12-15, relating to protecting gasoline-powered, state vehicles from government bans.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
Article 12. Fleet Management Division.
§5A-12-15. Protecting gas-powered vehicles from government bans.
The government shall not create any law banning gasoline-powered, state vehicles nor shall it create any requirement that state vehicles be powered by any non-gasoline means.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to protect gasoline-powered, state vehicles from government bans.
