A BILL to repeal §18-2-25e of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to academic eligibility of transfer students.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

§1. Repeal of section allowing for academic eligibility of transfer students.

That §18-2-25e of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

 

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of code allowing for the academic eligibility of transfer students.
