A BILL to repeal §29-25-24 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of the section of said code that restricts who can participate in gaming at an authorized gaming facility.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 25. AUTHORIZED GAMING FACILITY.
§1. Repeal of section relating to individual gaming restrictions.
That §29-25-24 of the Code of West Virginia is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the Code of West Virginia that restricts who can participate in gaming in an authorized gaming facility.
