A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to requirements for registration and licensure and conduct constituting professional misconduct.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on October 11, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-7-4 of this code, relating to the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses (requirements for registration and licensure and conduct constituting professional misconduct, 19 CSR 03), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to requirements for registration and licensure and conduct constituting professional misconduct.
