A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Dispensing of Prescription Drugs by Practitioners.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Medicine
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-3-7 of this code, modified by the Board of Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 25, 2021, relating to the Board of Medicine (Dispensing of Prescription Drugs by Practitioners, 11 CSR 05), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Dispensing of Prescription Drugs by Practitioners.
