A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Dangerous Wild Animal Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Dangerous Wild Animal.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellanous Agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Dangerous Wild Animal Board.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on April 5, 2021, authorized under the authority of §19-34-3 of this code, relating to the Dangerous Wild Animal Board (Dangerous Wild Animal , 74 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Dangerous Wild Animal Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Dangerous Wild Animal.
