A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to controlled substances monitoring program.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Pharmacy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 19, 2017, authorized under the authority of §60A-9-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 7, 2017, relating to the Board of Pharmacy (controlled substances monitoring program, 15 CSR 8), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to controlled substances monitoring program.
