A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners of Psychologists to promulgate a legislative rule relating to code of conduct.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Department of Miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Psychologists.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 7, 2022, authorized under the authority of §30-21-6 of this code, relating to the Board of Examiners of Psychologists (code of conduct, 17 CSR 06), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners of Psychologists to promulgate a legislative rule relating to code of conduct.
