A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Fire Marshal to promulgate a legislative rule relating to certification of home inspectors.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of homeland security to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-6-1. Fire Marshal.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the authority of §15A-10-5 of this code, modified by the Fire Marshal to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2022, relating to the Fire Marshal (certification of home inspectors, 103 CSR 07), is authorized.
