A BILL To repeal §5F-2-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the authority to involuntary transfer employees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. TRANSFER OF AGENCIES AND BOARDS.
§1. Repealing the authority of department secretaries to involuntarily transfer permanent state employees.

That section seven, article two, chapter five-f of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the authority of department secretaries to involuntarily transfer employees.

§5F-2-7 is repealed; therefore, strike-throughs and underscoring have been omitted.
