Summary

The purpose of this bill is to allow police, fire and emergency service providers, to possess Naloxone or other opioid antagonists to administer in suspected narcotic drug overdoses. The bill sets guidelines for administration of these antagonists, establishes training requirements, provides immunities and outlines responsibilities.
