Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide for funeral arrangements for victims of domestic violence by uninvolved surviving family members of the victim of a domestic violence fatality; prohibiting any person charged with causing the fatality from making funeral arrangement; and requiring Director of the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team to promulgate legislative rules covering these funeral arrangements and issues.
