Summary

The purpose of this bill is to amend the requirements for licensure as a massage therapist and establish a massage establishment license. Course work hours are amended to conform with the massage therapy interstate compact being considered nationally and in alignment with the course work required by WV Massage Therapy instructional programs. This bill further provides for the licensure of massage establishments.
