Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require that the Records Management and Preservation Board for county government entities allocates at least fifty percent of funds in the Public Records and Preservation Revenue Account for grants to counties for records management, access and preservation purposes. The bill also removes references to disposing of records by means other then destroying the records.
