Summary

The purpose of this bill is to allow blue flashing lights to be used on vehicles operated by the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety and its divisions for homeland security. The bill also allows red flashing lights to be used on emergency management vehicles, homeland security response vehicles, Class A vehicles of emergency management personnel and other vehicles designated by the Director of the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
