Summary

The purpose of this bill is to distribute money that was set aside from the West Virginia Greyhound Breeder Development Fund for two dog training track facilities to West Virginia residents who had earnings from the West Virginia Greyhound Breeder Development Fund for the period 1996 through 2001, since is not economically feasible to construct and maintain two dog training track facilities.
