Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide that a pharmacy or pharmacist may decline to dispense a prescription drug or pharmacy service when reimbursement under West Virginia Public Employees Insurance is less than the pharmacy or pharmacist's acquisition cost for the same prescription drug or pharmacy service.
