Summary

The purpose of this bill is to prohibit minors under the age of sixteen from obtaining a tattoo. The bill requires a parent or legal guardian to be present at the tattoo studio, provide photo identification and written consent for minors sixteen years of age or older obtaining a tattoo. The bill also provides for penalties.
