Summary
This purpose of this bill is to permit the West Virginia National Guard to contract out and hire persons to perform specialized technical services. The bill permits the West Virginia Military Authority to hire persons, at industry rates as determined by the Adjutant General, for specialized technical services to support specific activities related to national security, homeland security and other military-related programs.
