The purpose of this bill is to create the statewide Interoperable Radio Network. The bill establishes a short title. The bill defines terms. The bill establishes objectives and a purpose. The bill prescribes duties for the statewide Interoperability Coordinator. The bill prescribes duties for the statewide Interoperability Executive Committee.
