Summary

The purpose of this bill is to replace the requirement that annual reports concerning contributions by counties, municipalities and other persons to regional airport authorities be published in newspapers with the requirement that those reports be posted on the Internet and otherwise made available for inspection and copying. The bill also transfers the auditing authority of the Tax Commissioner to the State Auditor's Office.
