Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require a prescription to dispense drug products that contain as an active ingredient ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine and other precursors of methamphetamine. The bill exempts certain products from this requirement. The bill provides criminal penalties and provides rule-making authority.
