Summary

The purpose of this bill is to change the amount of nonintoxicating draught beer that may be sold to a consumer in certain instances. The bill removes the limitation on how much nonintoxicating beer may be sold to consumers for consumption off the premises. The bill permits licensees to sell growlers. The bill sets forth the conditions that must be met for those sales. The bill permits certain licensees to obtain a newly established class of sales endorsement. The bill establishes the cost. The bill defines terms.
