Summary
The purpose of this bill is to amend the provisions of the Real Estate License Act to require fees to be deposited into state treasury daily, eliminate certain requirements for application for licensure, modify the qualifications for a broker's license, clarify criminal penalties provisions, repeal an outdated code section, and otherwise update the Act.
