Summary

The purpose of this bill is to provide State Treasury, Fire Protection Fund revenue to the West Virginia State Fire Chiefs' Association and the West Virginia State Fireman's Association, to be used for both associations' administration and training expenses, and to exempt both associations from eligibility and spending requirements under §8-15-8a and §8-15-8b.
