Summary

The purpose of this bill is to require all uniforms purchased by the state to be used or worn by employees of the state and its agencies to be manufactured in the United States. The bill requires employee uniforms purchased by the State Board of Education and state institutions of higher education to be made in the United States. The bill provides an effective date of July 1, 2013.
