Summary

The purpose of this bill is to appropriate funds from the State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund to the Ron Yost Personal Assistance Services Fund, the Employment Attendant Care Program and to expand the network of Centers for Independent Living to help West Virginians with disabilities live in their own homes and communities, pursue and maintain gainful employment.
