Summary

The purpose of this bill is to update the licensing requirements for physicians and podiatrists. It extends the time period for passing all steps of the examination from seven to ten years. Applicants who fail any one of the three steps of the examination in three attempts must appear before the board for a determination as to any further licensure requirements.
