Summary

The purpose of this bill is to reform the school aid formula by reducing, in fiscal year 2012-2013, each countys local share to eighty-five percent plus reductions for usual losses in collections and for money due each assessors office; and, in fiscal year 2013-2014, and thereafter, reducing each countys local share to eighty percent plus reductions for usual losses in collections and for money due each assessors office.
