Summary

The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Superintendent of the State Police to provide entry level training to other law-enforcement officers without charging a fee for the training but to charge a fee for advanced level training. A special revenue account is created which will be used to deposit and disburse any fees or other funds available to pay for the entry level training and to defray various training costs.
