Summary
The purpose of this bill is to grant trial courts with the discretionary authority to, in addition to or in lieu of other penalties, require a person convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance or other drug to remove litter from the public roads, public playgrounds, public parks or other appropriate locations while wearing clothing emblazoned with I Am a Drunk Driver.
