The purpose of this bill is to require perinatal facilities in this state to implement evidence-based implicit bias programs for health care professionals in that facility; to require certain components in such programs; to provide training; and to provide for the compilation and tracking of data on severe maternal morbidity and pregnancy-related deaths and other related matters.
