Summary
The purpose of this bill is to abolish the food tax, increase the tax on nonintoxicating beer per barrel from five dollars and fifty cents to six dollars and thirty-five cents, increase the tax on cigarettes to one dollar and thirty-five cents, increase the tax on noncigarettes tobacco products from seven to fourteen percent, and to dedicate the first five million of revenue to the Department of Agriculture's crop transition program.
