Summary

The purpose of this bill is to modify definitions related to the one-call system. It excludes nonproducing gas or oil wells that were established prior to 1990 and their associated production or gathering lines for which records do not exist indicating its location from the definition of underground facility. It also allows an owner/operator of an underground facility that is not required to be a member to voluntarily become a member of the one-call system.
