Summary

The introduction of this bill was requested by the Municipal Pensions Oversight Board. The purpose of this bill is to provide a mechanism of correcting errors in payments to and from a municipal policemen’s or firemen’s pension fund and to provide a criminal offense for knowingly making a false statement in an attempt to defraud a municipal pension fund.
